transfer, and cancellation.
NOTE: Online registrations will be accepted until
48 hours before the scheduled class. However, until you receive
confirmation from the Registration staff that your registration
has been processed, DO NOT assume you are enrolled in the class.
Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers, and Substitutions
All cancellations must be in writing. E-mail us at

or fax us at (703) 683-7310 (Metro DC area).
Students may change sessions or withdraw up to 5 business
days before the class' start date with payment of a $50 administrative
fee. If a student withdraws within 5 business days of class' start
or fails to show up for a class, that student is responsible for
the full tuition. Changes other than substitutions during the
5 business days before a class' start will incur the full tuition.
Substitutions in a class session are allowed with 24 hours
notice without penalty. However, substitutions into a different
class or session require 5 days notice, the payment of any difference
in tuition, and an advance payment of a $50 administrative fee.
