Staff at the FBI Headquarters crime labs in Quantico, VA, have been using Adobe Photoshop training for years. They had come to a point in their learning where they needed concentrated training in forensic-based content focusing on practical real-world examples and exercises.

| Why EEI Communications? |
EEI is based in the Washington DC area and has a large federal government client base. We have been training on Adobe Photoshop since the software’s inception and have developed a unique capability to use Adobe Photoshop in detailed forensic image analysis and image enhancement. These details are not visible to the naked eye, but they become obvious when Adobe Photoshop is used to it full capabilities.

| EEI's Methodology: |
The EEI instructors met with FBI staff to determine their needs and goals for the training. Once they had gathered and analyzed the staff’s requirements, the trainers developed training outlines for each session. The FBI reviewed and approved the suggested course outlines.
The instructors worked with EEI’s custom training team to develop appropriate courseware. In addition to setting up the course curriculum, the custom training team worked with FBI staff and the instructors to identify ideal dates for the training sessions. EEI’s custom training team also handled all logistical information for the course.

| Results of Our Work: |
EEI delivered a highly effective Forensic Photoshop course that was customized with real-world examples of forensic imaging, including forgery detection. The FBI is now able to better analyze images and will also work to advocate this training for all of their colleagues.
