We offer our clients three different levels of staffing: temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire.

Direct Staffing Hiring Process
Temporary roster. Staff placed on our temporary roster are employees of EEI and are eligible to receive many standard benefits from EEI (once stated minimums are met), as well as several extra benefits. You will be placed on temporary assignments with our clients, ranging anywhere from one day to several months.
If you like variety in the work you do and the companies that you work for, temporary work may be the right choice for you. And, working for EEI, you still enjoy the stability of a regular job because of the outstanding benefits package we offer.
Direct hire. We also offer services to place successful applicants to work directly for a client company. Your assigned resource manager will market your resume to clients for any positions you are qualified for, and will even set up your interviews with the client company. If a client decides to hire you, you become a direct employee of their company.
If you want a regular job but are having trouble finding job opportunities and marketing your resume, our resource managers are here to help.
Temp-to-hire. Maybe you would prefer to "try out" a job before committing long-term. Temp-to-hire placement gives you that freedom. If you are placed in a temp-to-hire position, you will work for the client company as an EEI employee for a specified period of time. At the end of the temporary period, if you and the client company both agree, you will be hired as a direct employee of the client company. There is never a fee to you, and you have the freedom of trying out the job and the company before you make a long-term commitment.
