Here's the deal on shipping turnaround for EEI Press book orders

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. We will e-mail your UPS tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.

If you require rush shipping

Please call EEI Press to ask about expedited service. A $10 rush handling fee will apply, in addition to the normal shipping charges.

Placing an order

The shopping cart requires that you charge your order to MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Please call us or send e-mail to press@eeicom.com if you experience problems with the cart.

Fax orders can be sent to +1 703 683 4915. You can also send a check in U.S. dollars to EEI Press, 66 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314-5507, USA.

If you require same-day shipping of a rush order, an additional $10 rush surcharge will apply to the UPS or FedEx fee. Please call to set up your order; we will calculate shipping and explain your discount and returns options.

We will drop-ship books for an additional $5 drop-ship surcharge.
