Attention MS Word Gurus
EEI is looking for a few good MS Word gurus with
superb publications expertise and experience. If
you have prepared long documents in MS Word using
advanced features of the program, are very
confident of your Word skills, and enjoy working
with publications in MS Word, we have several
opportunities for you. Extensive experience
working in a proposal environment is a plus.
The right candidates will be able to:
• Set up an auto-generated table of contents
• Create a “facing-page” publication
• Properly insert page and section breaks
• Link items such as charts and tables from
Excel
• Place artwork and specify appropriate image
attributes in Word
• Create simple macros in Word
• Convert MS Word documents into Adobe PDF
• Use Adobe Acrobat to create and modify PDF
documents
