Word 2007 I

Learn the basic skills necessary to create simple Word documents in this compact, hands-on course. Topics include:

  • Opening and modifying an existing Word file
  • Formatting fonts and paragraphs
  • Creating tables
  • Working with bullets and numbers
  • Changing the appearance of a page (including margins, headers, and footers)
  • Adding pictures to a document

Word 2007 II

In this course, you will learn to be more efficient and proficient with Word, the great workhorse word processing program. Topics include:

  • Creating styles and sections
  • Using newspaper-style layouts
  • Working with charts
  • Creating form letters
  • Adding drop caps and clip art images

Word 2007 III

You will learn to push Word to the edge in this class. At the end of the day, you will know how to –

  • Record, edit, and run macros

Excel 2007 I

In this class, you will learn how to create, edit, format, and print basic worksheets in Excel that include absolute and relative formulas. You’ll also learn how to format cells and cell ranges, control pages, work with multiple sheets, and even create charts with professional flair. Topics include:

  • Creating a basic worksheet by entering text and values
  • Working with cells and cell data
  • Performing calculations by using formulas
  • Creating templates
  • Working with multiple worksheets by formatting, repositioning, copying and moving, and adding and deleting worksheets within a workbook

Excel 2007 II

With the skills of Excel I as the foundation, you can now work with more advanced features of Excel and learn how to –
