We teach what we do. EEI workshops reflect the skills we’ve practiced for more than 30 years as communications support providers for corporations, associations, and government agencies.
We offer workshops in writing and editing; Macintosh and PC software; design, desktop production, and project management; and Web site development, multimedia, and the Internet. You acquire the skills you need to stay at the top of your profession — or begin that climb on your personal ladder.
We teach the latest skills, techniques, and software applications. Our instructors are all experts in the fields they teach and are always on the leading edge of new product updates and releases.
EEI boasts the best faculty in the business. All are accomplished professionals. Many are certified technical trainers or certified software experts. In all our courses — from editing to Web site development — you’ll study in small classes with faculty who stand tall above the rest.
EEI Training is an authorized training center for several software companies. Our instructors have passed rigorous product knowledge exams and demonstrated their teaching skills. Our certifications include Adobe and Quark. We’re also a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Enhance or expand your specific communications skills. EEI’s Professional Certificate Programs verify your accomplishments in selected areas. From Web Design to Technical Editing, any of the 21 Professional Certificates will become a valuable credential to set before your current manager, clients, or prospective employers.
In Virginia, our original Alexandria center has a free shuttle service from the Braddock Road Metro Station. We’ve added a new location right at the Silver Spring Metro at Colesville Road. Now, hop on the Metro when it’s convenient and study at our newest training center.
It’s simple to register for an EEI course. Take your choice — fax, mail, phone, online — it’s up to you. We make it easy, and the friendly EEI registration staff is always there to help.
Students see their investment in EEI workshops pay off where they need it — back at the office. We teach new skills and offer fresh perspectives that last long after our workshops end. Students in our computer training courses receive three months of free telephone support on material covered in their class. If you get stuck, we’ll help you get back on track. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our training services, we will make every effort to correct the problem. Actions may include a repeat of the class for no additional cost, one-on-one tutoring, equivalent credit toward a future EEI course, or refund of the course fee. In the event of a refund, all course materials must be returned to EEI. Any claims of dissatisfaction must be made within seven days of the class completion date.
